Are tickets required for entry into the event?

Yes.

Once you register online you will be emailed a confirmation which includes a link to your personal Stateline Retreat ticket.

Click "CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKET", you will be taken to your personal ticket.

This ticket will be required at the event to receive your badge and enter the event. You may bring a printed ticket or save a screenshot of the ticket to your mobile device. The ticket's QR code must be visible as it will be scanned upon your entry.

We are hopeful this will further expedite the registration process.


Are registrations transferable?

Yes, registrations are transferable. Click the link in the confirmation email you received after registering, it will take you directly to a page to edit your registration details. Transfers will not be honored After November 31st.


How do I transfer my registration to another party?

Upon registering you received a "Registration Details" email from [email protected]. Near the top on the Registration Details email is a link labeled "CHANGES TO REGISTRATION DETAILS CAN BE MADE BY CLICKING HERE.". Clicking the link will take you to your registration page. On your registration page click the link labeled "Click here to edit All Attendee Information" to edit your registration details to reflect the new party's information. Verify you're not a robot and click "UPDATE ATTENDEE INFORMATION".

1. Locate your "Registration Details" email from [email protected]. Sometimes these emails are sent to your junk folder.
2. Click the link "CLICK HERE TO CHANGE YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION".


3. Click the link "EDIT INFO".


4. Edit the registration details to reflect the new party's information.


5. Verify you're not a robot and click "UPDATE ATTENDEE INFORMATION".


6. Click "resend email" to send a confirmation and entry tickets to the new attendee.

Transfers will not be honored After November 31st.


Is it safe to purchase on the statelineretreat.org website?

Yes, statelineretreat.org is a secure website, all information transfers are encrypted. We do not store any of your credit card information on our website or servers.


When will I be able to pick up my badge before the conference?

Badges will be distributed beginning on day 1 of the conference at 10:00am Pacific Standard Time.


When do the doors open to claim our seats?

Doors to the meeting room open at 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time.


Will there be assigned seating?

Seating is first come, first serve. We will, however, offer personalized chair tags to be used to claim your seat for all 4 days.


What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of this event we are unable to honor refunds. No refunds will be given. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
